• Please ensure that Google Play Store is preinstalled on your device. Manual installation of the Store or downloading the PostFinance App from a third-party provider is not permitted.
• PostFinance complies with Swiss data protection legislation when collecting and processing personal data. We use comprehensive technical tools and organizational measures to protect against unauthorized access, manipulations, and data loss.
• If you lose your phone or SIM card, or if you suspect any misuse, please contact our Customer Center immediately at 0848 888 700.
